Consumer Cellular is seeking a seasoned and strategically-minded Marketing Leader who has managed product launches, as well as retail and field marketing experience driving activations through a variety of on-site tactics. This person will design and manage programs across a variety of Consumer Cellular channels: through sponsorship partners such as USA Pickleball, OEM partners, and directly with our company-owned and rapidly expanding Consumer Cellular retail stores. The candidate will be skilled at relationship management, working closely with field personnel, retail leaders, OEM partners, collaborating with internal channel teams, and external agency/ PR partners. The objective is to maximize Consumer Cellular customer acquisition and revenue we derive through these channels and partnerships. This person will work closely with other marketing team members to plan OEM product launches and ongoing marketing activities, coordinate field execution and analyze the results so we can continuously iterate and optimize for the best outcomes. The right candidate is a driven, hands-on problem solver who has an understanding of multiple marketing channels, has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and is highly analytical.
