The Specific Role Where You Can Make a Difference?
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to support our Enhanced Oil Recovery project in the Elk Basin Field.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Drive a “safety first” culture, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
· Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance on pumps, wellheads, engines.
· Maintain daily recording of pertinent work order information (planner feedback, technical history, failure reporting, time, request for master data changes, lessons learned, etc.)
· Provide training and show leadership values to all direct reports.
· Coordinate with other groups to ensure preventative maintenance plans are accurate, appropriate, and necessary.
· Responsible for overseeing workover operations.
Qualifications/Experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices relevant to the oil and gas industry.
- Well control Training and Well view reporting system highly desired.
· Demonstrated proficiency of maintenance techniques, equipment, and systems commonly used in oil & gas facilities.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (reports, email, etc.), with the ability to interface effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
