Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of plumbing projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create, implement, and monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including building codes, OSHA requirements, and local regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within the plumbing and mechanical construction field.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering plumbing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, mechanical construction processes, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.
- Full-time ( 40 hours per week).
- Salary at $45.00 - $55.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
