What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Life Assistant position at Contender Development Inc.?
The Personal Life Assistant will be responsible to support helping client to free up their time and help them achieve a better balance. A personal life assistant takes care of time-consuming tasks like grocery shopping, travel arrangements, dry-cleaning pick up, and other tasks that will help the clients family.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Errands
- Transportation to appointments
- Taking kids to/from school
- Pet care
- Light housekeeping
- Light garden care
- Shopping (gifts, household goods, clothes, etc.)
- Paying bills
- Scheduling and overseeing contractors
- Emails and correspondence
- Party planning and management
- Food deliveries
- Mail and Package deliveries
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong technology knowledge
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
Education and Experience:
· Previous Personal Assistant or House Manager Experience
Physical Requirements:
· Requires to travel to varies locations for the client
· Ability to answer all calls or meet with client when emergency arises.
· Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
· Extended periods of sitting required when performing administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.87 - $20.31 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
