As the premier public adjusting firm in the U.S., each commercial claim we handle reinforces the reality that insurance companies often resist paying the full amount due to insured business owners. We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, experienced, and committed sales professionals to join the Continental team. Your role will be to aid the insured and ensure they receive the compensation they rightfully deserve.
In your role as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for educating and safeguarding insured business owners in the event of property damage. This includes assessing their insurance policy for opportunity to bring value to their claim, independently networking to drive sales and utilizing provided leads to secure Letters of Representation (LORs), among other responsibilities such as conducting property inspections to assess damages.
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, you will cultivate strong working relationships with both internal and external clients. This position offers a bi-weekly salary with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through sales commissions.
Qualifications:
· Must have at least 3 years of proven and quantifiable sales experience.
· Must be self-disciplined and independent, but also an agreeable team player.
· Have a proven ability to adapt to many changes in a very fast-paced environment.
· Maintain urgency and professionalism to resolve complex client issues or concerns.
· Ohio public adjusting license in the state of Ohio preferred
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Using your proven experience and knowledge of sales, you will network in your region using company generated and self-sought leads.
· Responsible for finding and engaging with new clients through referrals, networking and other creative avenues.
· Provide a high level of professionalism and a warm experience to all clients and potential leads.
· Confer and assist in client-related issues as needed to maintain phenomenal client relations.
· Obtain and utilize territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
· Accurately document all pertinent information into our internal client management system.
· Attend sales meetings and training as required.
· You must meet and maintain sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
