Under technical direction, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and providing training and user support for Planview Enterprise One and Audit Board applications used and managed in the Technology Quality & Governance group. This position works with users at many levels of Technology to ensure their ability to correctly access and utilize tools. Will create documents required for requested enhancements, prioritization, and their implementation, testing, and deployment. JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines: Uses a holistic approach to ensure business needs are achieved by advocating for stakeholders and scrum teams. Ensures deliverables are in synch with stakeholder and portfolio goals. Responsible for adding, deleting, and modifying user IDs, as well as maintaining work and resource calendars Updates and distribute regular reports on work & resource metrics Assists with maintenance and upgrades of software version Provides Level 1 end user support, technical/application assistance leveraging internal tools for reporting & managing issues Responsible for review of incoming enhancement requests, completing analysis, and managing queue of requests. These will be reviewed with the Product Owner and PMO leader to determine prioritization. Implements changes and coordinate implementation with Planview and Audit Board as needed. Manages resolution of defects, including communication to users and if needed opening tickets on the vendor site and monitoring through resolution. Documents resolution and updated procedures as necessary and communicates to end users the impact. Documents software errors and enhancement requests and submits them to vendor product support team and coordinates with vendor through resolution May perform additional duties as assigned. Reporting Relationship Typically Manager or above Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong cross-functional facilitation and organizational skills Strong time management skills Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Strong spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment Ability to drive work independently, identify solutions, communicate issues/risks, and take appropriate action to resolve Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, business, or equivalent work experience. Typically a minimum of four years related experience in system administration supporting users from multiple business disciplines.
