Primary Purpose:
The Refreshment Services Group Attendant position is truly focused around Customer Experience. The Attendant will be a working at a specific site that focuses on servicing Micro Markets, Vending Banks, and Office Coffee sites. This Attendant will give our customers the attention they need and be available to help with any on site issues that may come up. Providing a personal touch on a normally unmanned retail environment will give us true insight on customer satisfaction at our top sites.
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Monitoring the stock levels in all Vending, Markets, and OCS stations to make sure product is full at all times and the coolers and essential equipment looks presentable
- Refreshment Resets: Completes resets in markets based off the planogram provided by the merchandising manager and business analysts.
- Client Interaction: Communication with on-site/local contacts to make sure Continental is providing the best service possible
- Coordinate/Communicate: Be the liaison between BOH staff, client, customers, Food Truck Providers and Guestraunt Services
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to hear the feedback given from customers at your specific account and address issues when necessary.
- New Item Merchandising Implementation: Ensure that new products are being merchandised as directed for our markets, vending and OCS
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Additional projects and assignments as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Develop a plan with the RBM/Guest Experience Managers to resolve employee concerns and escalated issues
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High-School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass DOT.
- Chauffeurs license
- Prior retail experience and familiarization with basic merchandising concepts strongly preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Food Handling Certification (preferred)
