- Starting Hours - 11am-8pm, Monday - Friday
- Manage the inbound and outbound call activity of dealers, associate dealers, and retail accounts
- Work with Replacement Sales Accounts from point of order entry, product substitutions, timely shipments and a high fill rate
- Work with logistics, traffic, warehousing, credit, field sales, operations, sales, billing, systems, and marketing to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Maintain various EDI related programs to ensure accurate electronic order entry and invoicing
BASIC:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual - English and French
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- At times, some overtime and overnight travel is required
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
- Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
- 1 - 3 years of previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
- Degree in Business Administration
- SAP experience
