Responsibilities: As an ABA Technician, you will:
- Provide ABA instruction in clients' homes or schools.
- Use individualized curriculum designed for each child.
- Communicate daily with parents on their child’s progress.
- Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Reliable transportation and a track record of reliability (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain (required)
- Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Some college (preferred)
- Creativity, multitasking, high-energy, flexibility, and patience
- Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred)
