7 / 18, 8 : 00a- 5 : 00p Friday, 7 / 19, 8 : 00a - 12 : 00p Mon., 7 / 22, 8 : 00a - 5 : 00p Thurs, 9 / 26, 8 : 00a - 5 : 00p Friday, 9.
3 pts per hour. Clean SC license 2 years or more of recent experience Malpractice insurance is provided. Client would like someone with in driving distance since no lodging has been approved.
If the provider cannot do all the dates they would prefer someone that can do groups of 3 or more dates together. Providers are paid on a weekly basis.
