CCI is a diversified field services contractor for a utility in New Jersey.
CCI is supporting their plan to deploy an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) across their New Jersey service territory. A heavy emphasis is placed on safety and customer interaction. The Project Manager will be an integral team member with direct project oversight of the southern warehouse operation as well as any additional business we obtain in this region.
This position is based in the Pennsauken, NJ Area, with travel to other NJ locations as needed. Candidate will require strong project management skills, operational acumen, resource management, and technical capabilities. The details are as follows:
Responsibilities and Duties
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project including:
- Develop and manage high performing teams
- Analyze and manage project risk
- Monitor progress and implement performance management models
- Implementation of the CCI Safety culture
- Quality Assurance
- Data Support
- Ensure project plan is implemented and on track
- Oversee the client contract and support new business as needed
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Manage Budget
- Manage Resource Plan – Staffing & Performance Management
- Client Relations
- Performance Improvement and Cost Reduction
- Support Business needs as directed
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements: 5 years of Project Management experience
Experience with union workforce is a plus.
