Control Panels USA is seeking an Information Technology Technician to join our growing team. The Information Technology Technician is company-related computing, network, operational software and day-day troubleshooting/diagnostics.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow up with employees, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- IT related Project management.
- Recommend updates and upgrades for company IT solutions
- Install, modify, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software
- Using ITL framework record, analyze and make recommendations for improvement on repeated IT issues
- Participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects
- Provide system administration, such as set up and maintain data backups; restore files/folders from backup; and plan, configure, and manage enterprise software that is used to update, configure, or manage end-user systems
- IT Services vendor relationship management
- Assists in conducting end-user training
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Skills:
- Experience with network hardware setup maintenance & deployment
- Office 365 Administration Hosted Exchange experience preferred.
- Backup and disaster recovery experience.
- CompTIA A , Network , and CCNA certification a plus
- Have cybersecurity training, certifications a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- Motived and self-starter with high attention to detail
- Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems, great problem solver
- Experience: 5 years working in and supporting IT
- Experience working as a Help Desk Technician or Deskside support preferably in a face-to-face support environment
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sit and stand in varying climate conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
