We are a collaborative, tight-nit team in Irvine, CA (Redhill and Maine Street) that is split into groups of dedicated Recruitment Managers with a sourcing team and dedicated Account Executives.

By being specialized in only a few industries, our recruiters and sales executives become subject matter experts in what our clients need us to recruit. This specialization allows us to map out each metro-market to find candidates and companies that most general recruitment companies cannot find.

• Estimated First Year Earnings: $65K to 90K
• Estimated Second Year Earnings: $110K to 200K
• Estimated Third Year Earnings: $150K and above

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full-Life Cycle Recruitment
• Sourcing candidates from various external and internal resources
• Matching candidates for open requisitions and for marketing
• Interviewing candidates
• Performing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
• Creating calendar invites with scheduling of client and candidate interview
