We are a collaborative, tight-nit team in Irvine, CA (Redhill and Maine Street) that is split into groups of dedicated Recruitment Managers with a sourcing team and dedicated Account Executives.
By being specialized in only a few industries, our recruiters and sales executives become subject matter experts in what our clients need us to recruit. This specialization allows us to map out each metro-market to find candidates and companies that most general recruitment companies cannot find.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-Life Cycle Recruitment
- Sourcing candidates from various external and internal resources
- Matching candidates for open requisitions and for marketing
- Interviewing candidates
- Performing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
- Creating calendar invites with scheduling of client and candidate interview
