Plan, manage, and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, benefits, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Maintain a company culture that is engaging for employees, positive and fosters development and strong team work that supports our employees as well as our patients. Continually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel and employment law matters. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization’s compliance with all federal, state and local legislation regarding employment law. Administer company benefits to include leave policies, 401(k), health, dental, vision and disability. Administer multi-state payroll and workers’ compensation programs. Lead managers and employees through employee relations issues to resolution. Responsible for preparation and administration of corporate review, merit and employee development processes, including training managers and employees on the processes. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes. Lead the Human Resources team in day-to-day responsibilities and projects; ensuring they are adequately trained and knowledgeable on company policies and processes. Work as an HR Business Partner between Convatec and the HSG to meet goals and work through processes as needed. Lead corporate D,E, I programs and building high performing teams across the organization. Guide employee engagement from the parent company and global counterpart across the business unit. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Five years related experience in a growth, employee centric environment. Prefer experience in multi-state employment. PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Business acumen partnered with attention to the human element. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Thorough understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
