Evolver
has the opportunity for a Security Program Manager supporting our client on their site located in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include the technical management and support of to include installation, updates and overall support of the program on commercial computer systems.

Qualifications:

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
  • May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
  • Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of a particular area, such as business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or the various sciences.
  • Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
  • Participates as needed in all phases of software support with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
  • Applies principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements
Technical Requirements (required and desired):
Candidate must have the following knowledge, experience, and abilities:
  • 12 years, PMI and/or SCrum Master experience
  • 10 years security and cloud technnology
  • Communications and reporting of vulnerability, mitigation and response activities
  • Systems Administration responsibilities
  • Background in information security systems with specific knowledge around access control
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years work expereince
  • Experience working in financial industry
Training and Certifications (required and desired):
  • Technical security certifications: CISM, Security preferred
  • CISSP certification preferred
