What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

- Supports and drives operational excellence in the company’s core strategies.
- Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
- Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
- Project Revenue Managed: Greater than $15 Million. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
- Excellent management skills related to Project Management.
- Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

Requirements:
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 8-10 years operations, service or field or project management
- Previous project supervisory
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
