The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering engaging, scalable training solutions to support Conversica's Customer Success enablement program. The Learning and Development Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop content for customers and employees. They will be responsible for measuring and the effectiveness of training materials by conducting regular analysis and reporting and communicating the results to leadership. This role is a unique opportunity to optimize our training experience and take it to the next level.
