Job Posting for Employer Relations Manager at Conway Regional Heath System
Overview:
This position is responsible for the promotion of Conway Regional’s corporate health services to employers in our market. Responsibilities include working closely with local employers to offer products and services that support employer’s needs including, but not limited to, health & wellness, occupational health, corporate health, and general and preventive health programs. This individual works with health system associates to promote health system service lines, physician services, occupational health, and related services. This position assists in developing responses to RFPs s from employers in a timely manner. This position will collaborate with other internal resources to ensure the delivery of direct to employer services including health fairs, work site services, health screenings and employer directed incentive programs. This person will Supervise other areas that support the Health System’s wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: A minimum of four years’ experience in healthcare-related industry, business, marketing, public relations, or business development.Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree Preferred
