Overview:
Additional Incentives above hourly pay:
$1 every haircut on weekdays
$2 every haircut on weekends
Tips in the range of $4 to $10 per haircut
Product commission 10-15% depending on the sale amount
Annual bonus at completion of each year
1 day paid vacation per year for minimum 30 hours work per week
