Job Title: Tier 2 Support
- Location: San Francisco (Onsite near ATT Park)
- Start Date: asap
- Length: Through the end of the year , possible contract to hire
Job Duties:
Work with third party service to provide onsite desktop technician support for approximately 1300 computers. Handle escalations from the service desk. Executive level support as needed. Support Zoom conference rooms and meetings. Escalations for cloud based application stack including: O365, Okta, Coupa, Bamboo HR, BridgeLearn, Ignyte, and MS Teams and Sharepoint.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service, highly professional
Deep windows knowledge
Familiarity with MAC OS
Deep O365 experience
Experience supporting Zoom
Excellent troubleshooting expertise
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.04 - $41.23 per hour
