The Service Manager will lead a crew of about 20 HVAC/R Service Technicians and will be responsible for management duties including P&L, customer issues, and safety. The Service Manager will be a natural leader who has a collaborative and coaching approach. They are an effective communicator, have strong safety practices, and at least 10 years of field experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry. This is a field position and the geographical area of Service will be Portland. Competitive pay, annual performance incentives, and robust benefits package!

A FEW REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school. College degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in the refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, and multiple disciplines involved in area of responsibility.
