Position Summary
Industry leader in the Women's Health market looking for a top performing medical device/clinical sales representative to introduce ground breaking technology to OBGYN practices. You will understand how to market diagnostic disposables and procedure solutions in the women's healthcare segment.
You Will:
- Meet overall monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
- Influence physicians to change their pathway to care by introducing ground breaking technology.
- Clinically train physicians and clinical staff.
- Provide effective on-boarding for ground breaking procedure solution in the women’s healthcare space.
- Manages and maintains territory account information by prioritizing and establishing goals.
- Attend industry shows as requested to present and inform physicians and other healthcare professionals about the product line.
- Strong ability to work independently to achieve goals and manage territory dynamics
- Creative and resilient in overcoming obstacles.
You Have:
- Completion of a 4 year degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Business.
- 3-5 years sales experience in medical device, preferable but not necessary, within the women’s healthcare market
- Documented track record of success, including high rankings within the sales force with various accomplishments distinguishing you from others.
- Excel in complex selling environments; IDN experience an asset
- Professional sales training and proven territory management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both clinically, effectively and efficiently.
- Work and travel independently.

Our Benefits:
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
