Airport Client Success Manager

Your mission

As Airport Client Success Manager, you will drive client implementation of our software platform Better Airport® and perform and present various analyses based on our portfolio of in-house analytical tools. We drive success for our clients through engagement and transformation of data into information, so you will be expected to nurture high-performing relationships to help them realize this potential.

You will:

• Continuously engage with our airport clients to understand challenges and recommend the best solutions
• Perform review and analysis of large client datasets
• Set up and configure our analytical tools
• Train our clients in the use of Better Airport®, our software platform
• Contribute to consultancy project work with Copenhagen Optimization’s Consultancy Team
• Help airports forecast, allocate resources, optimize demand, launch Virtual Queuing programs, and much more.

Your profile

You are structured and analytical, and you enjoy communicating the results of your work directly to clients – orally, as well as in writing.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in a data-driven, client-facing and/or analyst role
• Skilled at quantitative analysis of large data sets, preferably with advanced Excel and/or database skills
• You are comfortable communicating results and recommendations succinctly and with impact, both orally and in writing
• You are interested in turning business requirements into tangible software development ideas
• You are driven by a desire to make a difference for our clients
• Experience or interest in the aviation industry is an advantage
• Good English language skills are a minimum, any other language skills are desirable
• The ability and willingness to travel extensively, both internationally and within North America

opportunity to travel throughout the region and to our headquarters in Denmark.
