Regional Procurement Manager

• Modeling of optimum supply base in the region to align with strategy.
• Assess regional sourcing opportunities to identify alternative supplies in the region.
• Assess supplier capabilities and create business case for alternative supplier qualification as needed.
• Manage supplier readiness for business (qualification, contracting and onboarding).
• Apply Advanced Negotiation Concept (ANC) to select suppliers and Advanced Project Procurement Management concept as defined.
• Manage execution of Supplier auditing, qualification, and onboarding (e.g. ITPs).
• Manage supplier contracting and pricing model per defined standards and Category playbook.
• Manage regional Project Procurement per Advanced Project Procurement Management framework.
• Manage Supplier RfX and project specific negotiations.
• Monitor project execution to ensure on-time delivery.
