Inside Sales Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales, Customer Service Coordinator position is responsible for managing sales activities for assigned accounts and customer interaction.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain relationship with customers
- Manage sales activities for assigned accounts
- Work with internal departments as needed
- Participate in weekly meetings
- Work with spreadsheets in excel
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- This position will work in an office environment at the Copper Moon Coffee Roastery Monday-Friday.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate varying priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, or Sales preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
