Coral Reef Activity Center is a children's activity center focuses on child development through sports & activities. We currently offer preschool gymnastics, preschool dance, preschool ninja, school age gymnastics, school age dance, school age cheer, school age ninja, competitive gymnastics, All-Star Cheer, Day Camp, Birthday Parties & After School Program. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure our guests receive the highest level of service.
Job Description:
As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out of guests, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Manage front desk schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Ensure front desk operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Manage inventory of front desk supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Prepare and present reports on front desk operations to upper management.
- Implement and monitor guest service standards and procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new front desk staff.
- Maintain customer accounts
- Cross selling our programs to our guests
- Giving tours to potential clients
- Contact potential clients to ensure the best experience possible
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Office.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
