About Us:

Coral Reef Activity Center is a children's activity center focuses on child development through sports & activities. We currently offer preschool gymnastics, preschool dance, preschool ninja, school age gymnastics, school age dance, school age cheer, school age ninja, competitive gymnastics, All-Star Cheer, Day Camp, Birthday Parties & After School Program. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure our guests receive the highest level of service.

Job Description:

As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out of guests, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure efficient and professional service.
  • Manage front desk schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure front desk operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Manage inventory of front desk supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
  • Prepare and present reports on front desk operations to upper management.
  • Implement and monitor guest service standards and procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new front desk staff.
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Cross selling our programs to our guests
  • Giving tours to potential clients
  • Contact potential clients to ensure the best experience possible

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Office.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
