Associate Director, Commercial Operations

As a key member of the Commercial Operations team the Associate Director, Commercial Operations will be a core team member of the cross-functional launch team and lead the ongoing project management of the integrated launch plan.  Additionally, this role will lead all operational aspects of commercial field team readiness including the identification, implementation and customization of supporting technologies and processes. 

The ideal candidate will thrive in the dynamic nature of preparing for commercialization and in leading a broad range of launch readiness initiatives across the field, Marketing and Market Access teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Lead all aspects of project management for the cross-functional launch team including project plan development and maintenance, progress reporting, governance meeting preparation and budget-related activities

·       Drive timely decision-making and accountability within launch team and ensure the coordination of key activities through active communication

·       Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing to engage, evaluate and select vendors aligned to our strategic imperatives

·       Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, IT and external vendors to manage the implementation of key commercial solutions such as CRM, content management and field engagement technologies

·       Partner with Market Access to support patient services, pharmacy and payer-related activities including implementation and insight generation

·       Partner with Marketing in the development of a digitally enabled omnichannel marketing strategy

·       Partner with key stakeholders to understand strategic imperatives that drive the brands decision-making and determine ways to measure achievement against these objectives

·       Lead CRM requirements gathering, testing and implementation

·       Lead field force call planning and reporting

·       Responsible for designing and implementing the fleet vehicle program across US commercial and medical affairs field resources

·       Gain alignment on the design and implementation of the incentive compensation programs for field roles

·       Operationally support field-based meetings such as Speaker Bureaus and Congresses
