- Manage employee setup and changes in the payroll system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime, ensuring accuracy in every payroll cycle.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other departments.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide necessary training to employees.
- Generate reports and summaries on payroll activities as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 of experience in payroll processing, preferably including union and non-union environments.
