Responsibilities
- Own the establishment and implementation of sales processes while collaborating with executive leadership and business development teams
- Develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed sales and orders targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Champion the company's products, services, and market fit
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Provide resources and clarity to customers questions about the products
- Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales agreements
- Manage contact lists and follow up with new and old to build long-lasting relationships
