Job Description


Due to a large PC system refresh, Core BTS seeks an IT Technician to provide support with this project updating PC's across the network. The support technician will work under the direction of a Technology Manager, and will be onsite daily working for a minimum of 9 weeks to 5 months through the completion of this project.

This position is not remote. You will be required to report to the worksite in Bradford County, PA.

Primary duties include:

  • PC and peripheral support (i.e., computers, tablets, document cameras, interactive whiteboards, printers, etc.)
  • Hardware repair / replacement
  • Initial setup / configuration
  • Driver / software upgrades
  • Operating System /Application support, including upgrading/updating
  • End user knowledge transfer
  • Customer configuration support
  • System imaging
  • Miscellaneous help desk ticket remediation
  • General assembly support
  • Provide setup / breakdown of I.T. resources required for meetings and other general assemblies

Qualifications


The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of technical support experience, education, certifications, or a combination, along with a desire to learn and motivation to excel in a customer service-centric environment.

Experience in computer networking, PC/Mac environments, Operating System upgrade/updates, and customer service are highly desired.
