- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace is an essential function of this position.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written materials across our different brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Plan and oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Oversee our corporate website, keeping up with trends, best practices, and relevant updates.
- Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to increase ROI and drive traffic and conversions.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy to attract, engage, and convert leads.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer journey.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of inbound marketing efforts.
- Follow company QHSE policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in regular QHSE training sessions.
- Understand and comply with relevant local, state, and federal QHSE regulations.
- Report any QHSE issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Suggest improvements to QHSE practices and procedures.
