We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Support Representative to join our growing organization.
Qualifications
General Position Summary
Inside Sales Support Staff is responsible for providing essential support for Inside Sales Representatives working with our domestic customer accounts.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering purchase orders into Salesforce. This involves placing the order, setting up the appropriate delivery method, and verifying the status of the order and delivery. Responsible for obtaining missing information and following up with the Inside Sales Representative regarding other PO related matters
- Work with the Insides Sales Representative to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status
- Promote additional sales and provides information to Inside Sales Representative regarding inventory levels, shipping and tracking and other order related tasks
- Assist Inside Sales representative with all aspects of entering and shipping Purchase orders through Sales Force and Oracle.
- Assist Inside Sales representative with freight and install quotes
- Perform various data entry functions throughout the day
- Provides support to other Team members when needed
- Additional duties may be assigned
Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Must have excellent attention to minor details and ability to multitask
- Ability to exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic
- Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills and maintain a professional demeanor
- Needs to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working in a team atmosphere
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry and customer service experience preferred
Local candidates preferred.

Salary : $43,100 - $54,600
