Overview:
As a Driver at our hydraulic repair service company, you'll play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the safe and timely pickup and delivery of products from job locations. Your responsibilities will include transporting equipment, materials, and tools to and from various sites, supporting our hydraulic repair teams, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. This position offers an opportunity to be a key player in our service delivery and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Pick up and drop off equipment, materials, and tools from job locations as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of pickup and delivery activities, including time logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials, ensuring proper securing and protection during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, providing updates on delivery schedules and any issues or delays encountered.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or repairs needed promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle usage and safety.
- Assist in warehouse operations, organizing and managing inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient coordination of pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Fluency: English/Spanish (Required)
