Primary Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting the Team in providing the tools needed to drive our customers forward. You will be performing various administrative and clerical task, reporting customer service responsibilities, and ensuring the flow of daily department business. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle a multitude of tasks, and contribute to customer experiences.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Provides office administrative support for the assigned department.
  • Handles video review for customer credits.
  • Creates presentations, reports, and forms using personal computer as requested by management.
  • Answer phones and direct all calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management, as needed.
  • Special projects, as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • 6-12 months experience as Administrative Assistant

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant
