The Corporate Technology Specialist will provide support to Director of Sales Technology and Senior Leaders related to the management and development of our Order Solutions and Sales Technology that supports 36 Operating Companies and it’s customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with Director of Sales Technology, VP OpCo Sales, IT & Customer Service to manage, support & develop all sales technology solutions.
- Administration responsibilities for Ordering Solutions and Sales Technology. (Tiva, Customer First, Core-Source, Track My Order, Handheld Ordering Devices)
- Receive access and training as Administrator with support portals. (Tiva portals, Core-Source Portal, Track My Order Portal, Barcoding Intellitrack Portal, SAP >IO/PO/MIGO, BI APP’s/ i-series reporting tools)
- Provide daily support and training related to our ordering solutions and sales technology, working directly with Customer Service Team, OpCo’s Sales Administrators, Sales Directors and other Sales Staff.
- Create, maintain and distribute training support materials (Power Point, Word Doc’s Webex Videos, and Training Modules) posted to our intranet SharePoint site and (Core Source).
- Provide training via Webex/Teams/COE training center presentations and sharing training material.
- Includes interaction with our internal I.T. support team and other external 3rd party hardware/software support team TIVA/Saritasa to solve support issues.
- Ordering Solution Hardware Administrator supporting our Operation Companies with hardware asset management and tech fee cost control. (Includes facilitating OpCo orders for handheld ordering devices, tracking all hardware assets and master reporting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical data tracking with Microsoft Excel based reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational multi-tasking planning outlook experience
Qualification:
- Required strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel capabilities with input, v-look ups, filtering and reporting.
