Job Summary

Be a visible representative of CRH Management, Inc. while increasing the net operating income of the company through outstanding customer service. Involved in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through positive resident relations, effective leasing and management of communities while following all set policies and procedures.

Arbour Commons Apartments located in the center of the Orchard Town Center is seeking an experienced, team player with a positive attitude!

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• With general supervision, responsible for achieving leasing, management and administrative goals ad directed by the Regional Manager and CRH Management, Inc. 

• Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals, operate asset in owners’ best interest in accordance with Policies & Procedures Manual.

• Perform all required general administration of the property. 

• Act as liaison for internal and external communications.

• Generate necessary legal action, documents and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines.

• Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, handle petty cash and all funds.

• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive, stimulating and safe work environment. 

• Serve as a role model to peers.

• Responsible for the execution of leasing and marketing plans for property to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.

• Develop and build referrals and promote our properties.

• Develop a strong team leading to increased rents and focus on the team development. 

• Train the team members in the CRH Management, Inc. methodologies and resident retention efforts.

• Responsible for rent collection in a timely manner.

• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

• Assist in the execution of leasing and marketing plans for the property to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.

• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required. 

• Complete all assigned training from the corporate office on CRH Management, Inc. systems on a timely manner. 

• Make and implement operational decisions that achieve occupancy, revenue and tenant satisfaction. 

• Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, grooming and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance. 

• Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents. 

• Will be required to establish and build relationships with co-workers, vendors and residents relevant to generating/retaining leases, business and revenues.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of prospects and residents. 

• Ability to make decisions and work independently toward general results and to devise new methods and meet new conditions for involved or complex assignments. 


Communication Skills: Include a high ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.


Reasoning Skills: Must obtain a high ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw quick conclusions.


Analytical Skills: Must include an intermediate level of ability to gather relevant facts and use them to reach sound and logical conclusions.


Administrative Skills: Must include an intermediate ability to plan, prioritize and budget to achieve satisfied clients and goals of CRH Management, Inc. 


Math Skills: This position requires intermediate math skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts.


Computer Skills: Should be at an advanced level and include the use and knowledge of integrated computer systems and other business-related software (Yardi Voyager Software Systems, Online Reputation Management, CRM Sales Platform and Social Media Marketing.) 


Decision Making: Will be required with the ability to make frequent decisions and the ability to plan and perform unusual or difficult work with general operation methods and procedures. 


Work Environment: A Resident Manager will be required to work in the following conditions: Standard office environment and outdoor weather conditions. The noise level will be moderate. 


Additional Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Attendance is an imperative job function.

Property Management Software Experience Required.


Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or writing) to employees.

Salary : $64,999 - $65,000
