- In this highly visible role, you are the face of our cleint! You would represent our client in a professional, friendly and helpful manner through interface with visitors and callers. Responsibilities include greeting and screening all walk-in visitors professionally and promptly as well as offering hospitality to all visitors as needed. As it sometimes gets hectic, you would need to maintain composure and professionalism at all times. You would be answering and distributing incoming phone calls on a multi-line switchboard. In this role, you will also be responsible for data entry duties, morning mail sort and p.m. mail metering, creating welcome signs and other assorted clerical and project work as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills; communicating respectfully and professionally with inside and external customers.
Interacting with a wide range of people, all while representing the client
