At Core10, you will
In conjunction with the Engineering team and in alignment with the Product Management roadmap, you will support the development, delivery, and maintenance of several integrations with our practice management systems. This team will have a heavy focus on bringing value to customers through integrated workflows.
This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with development teams, business teams, and key stakeholders to document requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Working in an agile environment, this position collaboratively partners across administrative and functional areas of the company. This position works with Developers across the Product Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Inform, influence, and execute the Product Management roadmap
- Maintain the team backlog (writing, editing, prioritizing user stories, break/fix management)
- Facilitate sprint planning and refining sessions
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the development team to ensure releases meet, and exceed customer expectations
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Evaluate trade-off decisions across the customer experience, development, and operational support in partnership with teams
- Coordinate with our clients and team to deliver product functionality that set us apart from our competition
- Collaborate across internal partners (Customer Support, User Experience, Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Operations) to understand challenges and requirements and help partners get to an agreement faster
- Be the most knowledgeable person in the company on the assigned product(s)
- Strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies while maintaining attention to detail
