It takes a cohesive, diverse, and multi-disciplined team to deliver this high standard of care and service.
You will master a variety of skills, including:
- The ability to humble-brag about how well you can navigate an EMR.
- Providing customer service (to both clients and clinicians) so exceptional a standing ovation may be warranted.
Required qualifications:
- Available to work 40 hours per week.
- Previous physical therapy, medical, OR dental office experience, including familiarity with practice management software and EMR.
- Self-directed, loves to learn and thrives on challenge.
- Can manage multiple tasks but also recognizes when and how to focus on the most important task at hand.
- Professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In it for the long haul! We are looking to hire a long-term employee.
- Proficient in the standard Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Desired qualifications:
- A solid understanding of medical terminology.
- Proficient in using a multi-line phone systems and office equipment
