The qualified candidate for Clinical Receptionist loves a job where every glance at the clock makes you think "is it that time already?!", and never met a problem you didn't itch to solve.

At CorePhysio, we are clinical detectives. We ask questions. We ask more questions. Our therapists have been solving physical therapy puzzles since 2004 to help our clients unleash their awesomeness. It takes a cohesive, diverse, and multi-disciplined team to deliver this high standard of care and service.

You will master a variety of skills, including:

• The ability to humble-brag about how well you can navigate an EMR.
• Providing customer service (to both clients and clinicians) so exceptional a standing ovation may be warranted.

Required qualifications:

• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Previous physical therapy, medical, OR dental office experience, including familiarity with practice management software and EMR.
• Self-directed, loves to learn and thrives on challenge.
• Can manage multiple tasks but also recognizes when and how to focus on the most important task at hand.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In it for the long haul! We are looking to hire a long-term employee.
• Proficient in the standard Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Desired qualifications:

• A solid understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficient in using a multi-line phone systems and office equipment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.75 per hour
