The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan is recruiting a full-time pathologist. Pathologists with expertise in pathology subspecialties are welcome to apply. Board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Pathology inAP/CP or APis required, any sub specializations require fellowship training.
Annually, Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan Pathology and Laboratory Medicine performs approximately 150,000 surgical pathology accessions, 100,000 Pap tests and 22,000 non-gynecologic/FNA accessions. Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan is aligned with Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. There is a pathology residency, as well as fellowships in cytopathology, hematopathology, clinical chemistry and blood banking. Academic appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
