We are looking to add an energetic, experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist with 3 years of experience to join our team that will add to our culture and fully embrace our commitments to deliver, grow and thrive. About the Role:
You will provide inquiry management support for a Federal government client with responsibilities spanning: task coordination; client relationship building; stakeholder outreach; data analysis; supporting meetings and meeting design; and drafting and finalizing reports to support the project team.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing inquiries submitted by federal program officers and stakeholders regarding program details.
- Escalating customer inquiries to the appropriate points of contact
- Tracking customer inquiries to close out.
- Promptly respond to stakeholders inquiries and concerns
- Provide overall programmatic support and support for project initiatives
- Drive tasks and deliverables from start to finish with highest quality, on-time and within number of hours assigned
- Support the team in building a strong relationship with the client
- Assist the team to prepare for and execute meetings, including developing agendas, overall logistics, note taking, tracking actions, producing reports, and/or supporting next steps
- Track stakeholder interactions and make recommendations for stakeholder engagement, outreach planning, and overall communications
- Outline, draft, and finalize reports and project deliverables while enacting team quality assurance processes
- Identify potential Business Development opportunities when they arise and escalating them
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, effectively collaborating with all parties to successfully fulfill client needs

Location:
You will work as part of a hybrid team. Remote work may be an option.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of professional experience
- Experience working in Salesforce or other grant management/CRM software
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to audiences without subject matter expertise
- Demonstrated experience providing written responses to inquiries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment by communicating effectively
- Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive to make changes
- Demonstrates an unflappable attitude even when faced with changes or adversity
- Strong research and analytical capabilities, with experience evaluating quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to learn fast and work with all types of personalities
- Brings composure and organization to chaos
- Ability to work independently and take tasks from concept to delivery
- Capacity to self educate on a variety of topics
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in consulting, change management, business writing, meeting preparation and facilitation, and/or stakeholder outreach
