Position Summary:
Prepares and serves food items under direction of store Manager.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Pull and wrap bread
• Prepares food (soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps pickles, etc.)
• Stocks FOH
• Prepares trays
• Delivers food to guest
• Cleans and maintains the dining room
• Cleans and maintains the restrooms
• Smiles, friendly, takes appropriate action to guest requests; refers to Manager when needed
• Supports and promotes company initiatives
Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook

• Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
• Check bathrooms; additional cleaning duties as required
• Bus tables
• Prepare food to spec and order request
• Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions when performing cashiering functions
• Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest
Job Specifications and Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
• Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers’ license with insurance (now or when eligible to drive for CBC)
• State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
• Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred
• Possess strong guest service and communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Computer literate; proficient in use of POS – Point of Sale systems.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
