Hands on In-House Painter needed for multi-family apartment complex. Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, and have initiative. Ideal candidate should be able to work well with existing property staff and engage with vendors to complete painting projects in a timely and proficient manner.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES
Must be well versed and experienced in:
- Painting
- Must be able to drive.
- Reliable phone skills
- Behavioral Assessment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
