DESCRIPTION
The Project Superintendent is the company’s representative responsible for continuous field supervision, coordination, and completion multiple projects. The Project Superintendent “runs” multiple job sites through a local team lead by a General Forman or Forman.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High School Diploma or GED; Business School, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus
• 6---10 years of related experience
• Microsoft Suite of Software, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Bluebeam App
• Thorough knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid Driver’s License
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Capabilities to manage up to 5 jobsites across multiple states
• Organize and coordinate the work of field personnel on multiple jobsites
• Optimize work flow and safety on multiple jobsites
• Work hands on with the crew when your workload allows or when required
• Coordinate resource sharing between jobsites
• Manage project consumables to ensure productive jobsites
• Check weekly labor budget and production reporting on multiple jobsites
• Ensure consumables list/orders go out every Friday from all jobsites that you manage
• Ensure T&M tickets and sign in logs are accurate and up to date every week from all jobsites
• Reviews weekly timesheets and expense statements
• Develop project schedules on multiple jobsites
• Track and help build cost history on all major tasks
• Attend and lead constructability reviews on all design, submittals and engineering
• Provide consistent training and development for company employees
• Initiate RFIs for project management
