What you will do:

Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service

Meet with prospective B2B prospects to earn their business.

Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment

Exceed targeted performance goals to support Cornerstone's industry-leading operation standards and training.

Determine applicable amounts of coverage's for clients to protect them in case of a claim.

Provide Quotes for clients that are renewing from your book of business.

Be a team player.

Go and meet with owners and CEO’s of companies to determine if they will be a good fit for our company.

Job Qualifications

You're a great Match for this Role if:

You want to utilize your customer service skills to help people.

You have a strong desire to make a difference through compassionate customer service

You are willing to work flexible hours or weekends when our customers need you

You're an empathic, upbeat, and friendly self-starter who can work independently, as well as, on a team

You're excited about solving problems and coming up with creative solutions

You feel comfortable working within the Microsoft Office Suite and would be excited to learn new technology

You're organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

You're known for clear and professional communication - both written and verbal

Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus

Willing to do what it takes to become a master benefits counselor!

Willing to take constructive criticism.

Notice of Licensing Requirement

As a condition of your contract, you are expected to comply with the state specific licensing process and requirements to perform work as an insurance consultant, customer relationship specialist, direct sales specialist, or outbound specialist. If you do not complete these requirements within the time frame designated by the hiring department, your contract with Cornerstone Employee Benefits LLC may be terminated. Please also note that any outstanding fines that you may have previously incurred are your responsibility and must be paid as a condition of your employment.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which may include a drug screen.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

  • B2B: 5 years (Preferred)
