Job Details
Basic Function: Helpdesk and IT operations support
Report to: Information Technology Operations Manager
Hours: Full Time 40 hours
Evaluations: Minimum Annually
Education: Associates Degree preferred/ Experience preferred
Skills and Requirements:
Hardware configuration
Helpdesk/Desktop support
Information technology support
Basic networking familiarity
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, Office 365
PC support and systems troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
Create and manage Service requests, incidents, and problems though ticketing system
Help ensure day to day operations of IT Infrastructure
Answer Inbound Service calls as necessary
Troubleshoot and administer Windows-based applications, Operating Systems ( desktop and server), and Server Roles (AD DS, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Print Server, File Server).
Perform virus and malware remediation.
Perform computer imaging/build outs.
Troubleshoot MFP/scanner/fax
Configure printers and switches (basic only)
Complete technical documentation of installed/configured equipment
Troubleshoot WiFi/network connectivity
Other duties as assigned IT Operations Manager or Director of Finance and Operations Administration.
