Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Success Specialist to join our healthcare facility. The Patient Success Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients in a timely and friendly manner.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect patient information and verify insurance coverage
- Enter patient data accurately into the electronic medical records system
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure all necessary information is obtained
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with answering phone calls
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical/pharmacy/healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
