How do I get started?

To be a real estate agent, you will need to acquire a New York State real estate license. Our interactive, online real estate course will ensure you complete these requirements, get licensed, and begin your job as a real estate agent.

What You Can Expect

How much you earn as a real estate agent varies based on the number of hours you work.

  • Part time agents (agents that work up to 19-39 hours per week) can make up to $40,000 per year.
  • Full time agents (agents that work 20 hours or more per week) can make up to $145,000 per year.

If hired for this position, we highly encourage you to pursue a career in real estate full time, as your earning potential will skyrocket as a full time agent with open availability.

As you progress in your career as a real estate agent, your salary will dramatically increase.

Pay: From $1,442.00 per week
