Reports To: The SVP for provider Sales
Job Overview: Coronis Health is a leading provider of RCM services for providers in various specialties. As the VP of Provider Sales, you will help independent Physicians streamline their Revenue Cycle costs to enable them to focus on delivering care. You will have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Create a culture of success with ongoing business and goal achievement- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals
- Manage the sales process and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful outreach
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships, as needed
Skills and Competencies:
Strong sales qualities and direct experience closing sales transactions with Physician’s and office-based environments- Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational management skills, coupled with the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in a multi-faceted, fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent public presentation and interaction skills, coupled with PC proficiency
- Ability to negotiate contracts
Strong knowledge of RCM and Healthcare
Requirements/Qualifications:
Three or more years of direct sales and business development experience selling healthcare RCM and HIM services to physician groups- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong domain knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle preferred
- Strong networking skills
- Strong hunter sales skills
- Active participation in regional and national HFMA or MGMA preferred
- Long-term client relationship development and management skills
- Strong rolodex of relevant contacts
- Ability to frequently travel nationwide as necessary.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong closing skills
Salary Range: Based on experience
