What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director –TCoE –within our NAF division based outside the Atlanta area. This position falls under our fuel line of business. In this role, the Director –TCoE will drive the development and operation of NAF’s Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). This leader will drive the build out and staffing of the TCoE and its processes, steady improvements of QA KPIs, roadmaps, budgets and own the quality domain for NAF product development. This person works directly with the development delivery leaders, technical leads and staff to drive high levels of quality into the development process using automation and industry best practices. This position will be the lead of our lead the Testing Center of Excellence reporting to the Vice President of NAF IT Operational Excellence.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Leading the TCoE organization including budgeting, cost management, partner evaluation, TCoE personnel recruiting and goal setting.
Creating and implement a strategic roadmap of testing and automation of the product releases for the entirety of NAF that aligns with current industry best practices.
Driving the inclusion of automated testing processes into CI/CD pipelines to enable movement towards DevOps delivery.
Champion the adoption of automated performance testing and drive performance improvements throughout NAF’s product lines.
Creating processes and tools that help shape the quality framework for the entire organization & build a highly performant and diverse team of QA/Test Engineers and Data Quality Analysts that can deliver products and data with the highest quality standards.
Creating closed loop quality processes that drive continual product quality improvements
Representing as the top QA leader within cross-functional teams and collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand product vision and deliver level of quality requirements.
Setting and driving expectations around quality for major releases grounded in industry best practices, solid customer impact and product understanding.
Champion for QA team's participation early in the planning and development stages to secure the successful implementation of all projects.
Representing QA interests and standards in the yearly planning process to ensure that development teams are adequately building in QA resourcing to ensure product delivery that meet TCoE established quality standards.
Implementing Agile practices in testing projects and move towards alignment with FleetCor agile practices in the most efficiency manner.
Implementing JIRA & test management tools for efficiency & scale.
Qualifications & Skills
10 years of progressive technical work experience in the QA space.
3 years directly managing teams in the design, development, and implementation of QA processes both manual and automated.
2 years of managing vendor relationships.
Direct experience in the creation and deployment of automated test frameworks.
Experience working with executives to communicate current status, roadmaps, and general directions for the TCoE.
Ability to clearly communicate QA concepts and practices with individual team members as well as senior executives.
Expert level knowledge of industry best practices in the QA domain
Expert level Automated Test architecture.
Strong knowledge of Performance testing architecture and processes
Strong knowledge of Test tracking and automation tooling (including performance testing).
Experience with yearly planning and budgetary processes
Strong ability to work directly with other technical resources including development, hardware, network, operations and security team members.
